18 weeks

i have to say that week number 18 of pregnancy has been my favorite so far.  we just returned from our trip to newport beach, ca and we had a blast.  i will post more pictures of our trip soon, but until then, here are a few belly shots from this week.

according to parents.com, our little one is about the size of a sweet potato.  he or she has finger prints, can suck their thumb and yawn. 

length: about 5.59 inches
weight: about 6.70 oz. 

i have a lot of my energy back which was helpful during our trip.  we did a lot of walking so im glad i wasnt the party pooper that keeps asking for naps :)  we were able to do a lot of relaxing as well, so im sure that helps.  we find out the sex at our appointment next week and im really looking forward to putting together our registry afterwards.
